Loved their arepas and their special platters especially their grilled beef options. Their iced mocha and macchiato is nicely balanced. Feels like a family run place which is very nice to see.

Everything here was an amazing experience. From the service to the food. The cashier was very friendly. The food....ummm...WOW!!! Ah-Mazzzzing!! The amount of food you get it huge! Looking back, I should have shared with my sister. But I brought home leftovers to my husband and he really liked the sandwich. I ordered the Suwannee sandwich. I highly recommend it! I would make the drive to come back out here again!

Even with not many other Venezuelan restaurants to compete with, this place gets it done well! The food is great! They make excellent use of plantains. There is ample seating. I have a few recommendations: I use they wouldn’t use single use cutlery and plates. Also, the shredded cheese on top could use a little more melting. The service is great and staff is happy to explain the various items. Prices are also reasonable.

This place is the spot for solid Venezuelan food! They have a very wide range on their menu. I’ve had their empenadas and their steak and pico gallo stuffed in an arepa. I’ve also had their carrot cake which was delicious and fresh. It was one of the best carrot cakes I’ve had. Their service is very friendly and the restaurant is very clean overall. It’s mostly a take out casual atmosphere so not too much seating. People are constantly picking up orders to go so that’s how you know it’s good!! Highly recommend if your in the Suwanee area

Thanks to Google that brought me to this small restaurant filled with delicious choices of Venezuelan food. I tried one of each of their empanadas, arepas, and their plain cachapa and was not disappointed at all. Food was tasty and flavorful. Service is great. Will definitely go back for more next time I'm in town. Simplemente delicioso!!!!

I came across this place randomly. I asked the lady at the front for the cheapest item since it was a random visit. She suggested the empanada that has beans, cheese, plantain, and beef (?). So good . I would’ve taken a picture but I was too busy eating so here’s a picture of the empty container. Can’t wait to return to try other dishes.

I went for the first time today and can’t stop thinking about when I can escape the kids to go again. I went there with my eleven year old and my eight year old daughter so we could have lunch plus reading time. We ordered two hot chocolate, a latte, 3 empanadas, and 2 arepas de asada. I also asked for spicy sauce and they did not disappoint. The empanadas were well made and full of meat/cheese. Their softness seemed fresh and they weren’t greasy. Dios mio the arepas were soooo delicious. We ordered grilled beef and it was well cooked, well seasoned... TODO. The arepa itself was its whole own butter flavored dish that you probably wouldn’t been full with. Then the meat was well done but not burnt. It was juicy to the bite but firm. The fried cheese in the middle looked a nice crisp brown around its edges and was a strong consistency. The pico the gallo was chunky and I actually felt full from 2/3rds of the arepa plus half an empanada, which was surprising. The service was friendly, attentive, and bilingual. It was very available for a Sunday lunch time visit. We were only one of two customers which tells me this is a hidden gem. I highly recommend coming here.

Indulged in a delightful afternoon at GUAYOYO Coffee and Bakery in Suwanee. The aroma alone was enough to lure me in, and then the display case... pure heaven! So many tempting treats, it was hard to choose. But the tres leches? Oh my! The velvety layers soaked in silky milk were pure bliss. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even sweeter. If you're in Suwanee, do yourself a favor and treat your taste buds to GUAYOYO. You won't regret it! #AshSaidIt
